6.3 Transfer Child Protection Conference

Children and families who move across Safeguarding Children Partnership Boundaries

This procedure is intended to apply to a child and their brothers and sisters, including unborn children. Specific reference should be made to North West Pre-Care and Care Proceedings Notification and Transfer across Local Authority Boundaries Procedure where care proceedings are being considered.
